We’re proud to spotlight Tina, who’s remarkable 32-year journey at Washington County Community College reflects dedication, growth, and a deep commitment to the campus community. From her early days as a switchboard operator to her current role as Manager of Operations and Human Resources, Tina has been an integral part of WCCC’s story every step of the way.

A Day in Tina’s Role

Tina supports the college in a wide range of operational and human resources functions. She works closely with employees across campus, helping to ensure processes run smoothly while providing guidance and support wherever it’s needed. Her role allows her to make a meaningful impact on both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives that benefit the entire college community.

Tina values the vibrant energy of campus life and enjoys being part of a community that brings people together. Whether it’s attending athletic events or performances, she appreciates the connections and shared experiences that make WCCC special.

Fun Fact

Tina has worked directly for every WCCC president except one, giving her a unique perspective on the college’s evolution from WCVTI to today. This is something she takes great pride in.
